It is essential that when an order is received it is checked that the packages listed in the order have arrived correctly. If not, you must write it on the receipt. In this way, the agency will be able to manage an incident opening.

In no case, in PetStories we make any return or exchange for a matter of conviction with the purchased product or taste in the case of wholesale purchases.

For B2C orders, returns are possible within 14 days from the date of delivery. The cost of returning the product is on the side of the Customer. We do not reimburse the return shipping costs for international orders.
